We will once again ride this great trail.  It is an old rail bed so the elevation is minimal.  Lunch was at the Swamp Rabbit Cafe and it was great.  Thanks to Leah at Pedal Chic for all of the advanced co-ordination.  The Travelers Rest FD greeted us as we came into town with Old Glory waving proudly.  Great ride and even better people.
