 March 21, 2017 By honorthewarriors The Warriors just spent this past weekend exploring the Swamp Rabbit Trailfrom Greenville, to Travelers Rest SC. This was a fantastic opportunity to meet and renew old friendships with SC Warriors. Sue D really came through with donations from Sabal Homes, DAV Greenville, and GE Veterans Greenville. Because of their generosity we all had a place to sleep, lunch and a Saturday night burgers and dogs on the grill dinner.  What started out as a small get-together turned into 30 Warriors and supporters riding the trail from bottom to the top and return. It is a great trail and I recommend it for any level of cyclist who wants to get a taste of a very well maintained rail-to-trail pathway. Spending time with Honor the Warriors has been and will continue to be a highlight of my life. These Warriors ar examples of what can be accomplished when you ignore the easy road and test yourself to the limits of your capabilities and beyond. I am inspired every day by Tony, Sue, Glenn, Anthony, Paul, George, Paco, Robert and so many more. I am a better man because of friends like these. Thank you all and I am looking forward to our next ride.
